The universe and karma works
the way it's going to work, and we don't always know the correct message or the correct lesson that it's teaching us.
We don't always know the correct message or the correct lesson that it's teaching. For example, earlier I was making an audio recording. I went 10 minutes or 9 minutes and 10 seconds into the recording about a bad experience at a local franchise place.
I was talking about the order being messed up.
I was talking about the app being messed up.
I was talking about how I was getting to the point of how long I'd been here dealing with this and dealing with that, and just my food was all messed up.
So I was talking about it all being messed up, but at the end I had kind of decided I wasn't going to buy stuff from that franchise place in general and or that location anymore except for coffee.
I was just going to stop buying their breakfast sandwiches and the regular food and just get coffee and leave it alone.
I had made that decision from the experience I had had, and I was saying, well, maybe the universe didn't want me to be buying this stuff.
So that was a lesson that, that was what I pulled from the experience and what I assumed the lesson was.
After I'd already did my return one time where they messed up my sandwich and I thought that they only forgot my onions and cheese, I'm making my recording, and as I made the recording, I said, steak, egg, and cheese bagel
...And then I thought about it...
Wait a second. Steak, egg, and cheese?
Not only was there no onions and no cheese on my bagel and steak, there was no egg.
So my recording let me know there was no egg.
I was so focused on the lack of cheese and onions that I missed that they didn't even put an egg on my bagel.
So now I drive back, go back in the place and I bring my order in and I've already eaten one of the sandwiches.
When I ate it, I didn't notice that it wasn't egg on it because I really just wanted, when I went there, my focus was steak and bagel and buy one, get one for a dollar.
So the focus was more that bagel sandwich with the get one for a dollar than it was actually what was on the sandwich.
Thus, it wasn't like I said, I wanted egg and whatever. I liked the egg on there, but it wasn't my number one reason when I first bought the sandwich.
But I do like the egg on the sandwich.
So I go back in there and I show them what's going on and the manager sees me again and she looks at my order and I said, "oh, they just forgot the egg. I forgot, you know, there was an egg before, blah, blah, blah. Here you can just do whatever". And I'm expecting them to just remake the sandwich.
(That was a pregnant pause).
I'm not going to say what they did because I don't want to scamsters to go in and try to do a scam, listening to this recording and do a scam. So I'm not going to say what the manager did to rectify the situation.
All I'm going to say is that I was extremely pleased with the outcome.
I was happy with the way the manager solved the problem and I will be going back to that location.
It was my favorite location in the first place.
And all the manager did was reinforce why I like going to that location.
She did a fantastic job this morning. She renewed my spirit in that location. I am more than happy with what was done.
Thank you very much for fixing my problem.
I really appreciate it. And I wish I'd asked her her name, but if she gets this audio, she'll know I thanked her.
Rico here, ... Later.
