I enjoy marketing and I create
a lot of content.
One of the things that I do is I recommend taking pictures and making videos with your cell phone. So I take thousands of pictures per week. I don't post the majority of them but I take thousands. Then I also talk about as a small business owner, service business owner, any kind of business where you create or do your own stuff. I recommend making videos and taking pictures.
Another thing that you can do is you can do different kind of content creation for your service business using your cell phone.
You can do screenshots,
you can make collages,
you can edit your pictures and your videos with your cell phone. You can do things on your cell phone and take pictures, make screenshots, or make videos of the things that you do.
For example, there's a matching game that I play and I will make screen recordings, screen videos of levels that I complete. I will make screen recordings of levels that I complete. I will also do screenshots of different things of me playing the game.
In addition to that, maybe I will look at the pricing structure of the different things you can buy within the game and I'll make content of that.
So an example of me making content would be, let's say I went and bought, I bought something. Jungle. There's a jungle, I forgot what it's called, jungle something. But it gives me some boosters. (Ignore the jargon that I'm using). Gives me some boosters. 1) So the first thing that I do to make that content is when I purchase the boosters, I do screenshots of the purchases. So I'll make multi screenshots of the different things that came with the purchase. 2) And then I take those screenshots and I edit them so that they fit the right size. I'll edit them to a certain size in one of my online editors. I like to use InShot. So I'll do the InShot and edit the sizes of the images. 3) And then I take those edited images and I put them in a collage maker. And I create a collage of them. 4) And then I import the completed collage back into InShot and I'll add up one of my logos to it.
And now I have a piece of content.
So the process is [after making a screenshot] #1 screenshot to editor, #2 from editor into a collage maker, #3 after the collage is done back to the editor. Those are the [basic] steps that I use.
You don't have to do that many steps. You can do it your own way.
But because the tools that I use are free tools on this smartphone, I do it that way because they're free and they're things that I can recommend that do not cost service business owners any additional monies.
So they're free tools. But the concept is the same.
Do a screenshot of you doing something,
edit the screenshot and
turn it into a collage.
Now, what I find in my collage maker is sometimes the images don't line up the way that I want them to line up. So I have choices of redoing the images and editing them differently, or I will show part of the image in the collage, maybe I'll show the top of the image in the collage, and then after I make one collage, I'll move the image, the images and show the bottom of the images. So there'll be two collages that look almost the same, and all I've done is move them from top to bottom.
Other times what I do with collage is I'll make the collage with the image looking, let's say small, and so I'll make a collage with the image looking small, and then I will increase the size of the images so that they fit totally in the sections of the collage, and then you'll see that.
So most of the stuff that I've just talked about will be in this voicenote's images at the bottom.
You can look at the different images, it's probably like four or five images that's going to be attached, but you can look at them and you can correspond to what I just talked about, and look and see the differences of how the images look, and see which style you like.
It's not important which one you like, you have to figure out what you choose to do.
They're all pretty much basically the same, but since it's your content and you're creating it, you get to choose what you want to do.
So look at the images, use this as case studies, print up this audio, the text of the audio, and look at the images and how I've done it, and you can apply this technique.
You can apply these techniques. You can apply those techniques to your content creation, and remember, I just talked about creating the content. I don't talk about what you're going to do with it, I don't talk about the postings, I don't talk about the rest of your marketing.
All I'm showing you is how to [personally] create the content.
You can always create the content and have somebody else post it for you. You can hire somebody to do all that for you. But the content creation is a real simple process that can be done while you're just living your life and doing your jobs.
If you wanted to, you could take something like a GoPro camera, put it on your safety helmet and just record what you're doing. If you're an electrician and you're doing some kind of electrical work, the camera's on your safety helmet. And then all the important stuff is done in editing, which you can hire somebody to do for you.
All of this eventually can be hired out.
I only teach you how to do it so that you know what people are doing, and you can tell them how you want it done because you understand the process.
Rico here, ... later.
